How does the refer-a-friend programme work?
Share your personal referral link and code from the TicketPlus+ app. As soon as your friend signs up and starts an active Deutschlandticket subscription, you earn 100 points per month — for as long as your friend's subscription stays active.
How many points do I get, and what for?
You earn 100 points per month for each actively referred friend. From 100 points you get a partner voucher (e.g. Zalando, Lime, Bolt or MILES); from 6,300 points a free month of the Deutschlandticket.
How long are my points valid?
With an active subscription your points are valid for 4 years. If you pause your subscription, points expire 6 months after pausing. If you cancel, points expire once the cancellation takes effect. The participation terms / T&Cs are legally binding.
Where do I find my personal referral code?
You'll find your personal referral code and link in the TicketPlus+ app: go to Profile → Rewards → Share link. From there you can share it with a single tap — via message, WhatsApp, email or social media.
How many friends can I refer?
There's no upper limit — you can refer as many friends as you like. For each actively referred friend you collect 100 points per month, for as long as their Deutschlandticket subscription stays active.
When are the points credited to me?
Points are credited as soon as your referred friend has started an active Deutschlandticket subscription, and monthly after that — for as long as the subscription stays active and the relevant conditions are met.
How do I redeem my points?
You redeem your points in the TicketPlus+ app. From 100 points you get a partner voucher (e.g. Zalando, Lime, Bolt, MILES, SIRPLUS or 1000 Satellites); from 6,300 points a full free month of the Deutschlandticket. Your current balance and all rewards are always visible in the app.
Does the refer-a-friend programme cost me anything?
No. Taking part in the refer-a-friend programme is free for you. Your referred friend also only pays the regular price for their Deutschlandticket subscription.
