Jobticket+ for companies

How billing works

One direct debit. One consolidated invoice. No surprises.

Jobticket+ is paid in advance via SEPA B2B direct debit and settled with one consolidated monthly invoice. This page walks you through every step — simply and transparently.

Your billing month at a glance

Four moments you need to know — that’s all there is.

  1. 25th of the previous month

    SEPA direct debit

The SEPA B2B direct debit for the upcoming month is triggered. The amount covers all active and scheduled tickets — including service fees.

  2. Until 24 h before month end

    Pausing is possible

Tickets can be paused until 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the month at the latest — with effect for the following month. In the dashboard or directly in the app.

  3. 1st–3rd of the month

    Consolidated invoice

You receive the final, consolidated invoice (Sammelrechnung) for all tickets and fees of the month — including any credits.

  4. Automatic

    Credit for late pauses

If a ticket is paused after the debit on the 25th, the amount already paid is credited on the next consolidated invoice.

Example

One month in practice

  1. 25 July

Your company has 20 tickets scheduled for August. The SEPA B2B direct debit for all 20 tickets is triggered.

  2. 29 July

Two employees pause their ticket for August — in time, because pausing is possible until 24 hours before the end of the month.

  3. 1–3 August

The consolidated invoice arrives: 18 active tickets plus a credit for the two tickets that were already paid but paused.

The result: you only pay for what your team actually uses.

The deposit: paid once, fully transparent

Before the first ticket is issued, you provide a one-time security deposit. It secures the ongoing payments — and is refunded to you after the contract ends.

  • How it is calculated

Number of scheduled tickets × the current gross ticket price. If your company plans 50 tickets, for example, the deposit equals exactly 50 monthly ticket prices.

  • When it is due

It is collected via SEPA B2B direct debit on the 26th of the month before your start. Tickets can be issued as soon as the deposit has been received in full.

  • When your team grows

If the number of your active and scheduled tickets increases, the deposit is adjusted: the difference is collected automatically on the 26th of the current month.

  • How you get it back

After the contract ends and any outstanding claims are settled, the remaining deposit is refunded to you within 14 days.

Good to know

  • SEPA B2B direct debit is the standard

Payment is made via SEPA B2B direct debit from a German, Austrian, or Swiss business account. Bank transfer is only possible in exceptional cases after explicit approval — with a 15-day payment term.

  • Keep your account funded

If a direct debit fails, the company account and the linked tickets are blocked automatically until all outstanding amounts are settled. So make sure your account is funded around the 25th and 26th.

  • Everything on one invoice

Tickets, service fees, and credits appear bundled on one consolidated invoice per month — clear and simple for your accounting.

Frequently asked billing questions

When is the SEPA direct debit triggered?

The SEPA B2B direct debit for the upcoming month is triggered on the 25th of the previous month. The amount covers all tickets that are active or scheduled at that point — including service fees.

When do I receive the consolidated invoice?

The final, consolidated invoice (Sammelrechnung) is issued between the 1st and 3rd of the month. It covers all tickets and service fees — including any credits, for example for tickets that were paused after the debit on the 25th.

Until when can I pause tickets — and what happens to amounts already paid?

Tickets can be paused up to 24 hours before the end of the month — that is, until 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the month at the latest, with effect for the following month.

Since the SEPA direct debit already took place on the 25th of the previous month, any overpaid amount from a later pause is automatically credited on the next consolidated invoice.

How high is the deposit and when is it collected?

The security deposit is calculated as the number of scheduled tickets multiplied by the currently valid gross ticket price. It is collected via SEPA B2B direct debit on the 26th of the month before your start — tickets can be issued as soon as it has been received in full.

If the number of your active and scheduled tickets increases later, the difference is collected on the 26th of the current month. After the contract ends, the remaining deposit is refunded within 14 days.

Which payment methods are supported?

The standard is SEPA B2B direct debit from a German, Austrian, or Swiss business account. Payment by bank transfer is only possible in exceptional cases after explicit approval — with a payment term of 15 calendar days from the invoice date.

Important: if a direct debit fails, the company account and the linked tickets are blocked automatically until all outstanding amounts are settled.
