Press Release

TIER founder, Sono Motors founder and former Moovel CEO founding software start-up AllRide

Berlin, November 27, 2024 – The founders of TIER Mobility, Sono Motors and the former CEO of Moovel have joined forces and founded the mobility start-up AllRide. The entrepreneurs Dr. Julian Blessin, Laurin Hahn and David von Oertzen have already played a key role in the development of innovative mobility solutions in the past.

The mission: One app. One rate. All rides.

AllRide is developing a platform that combines various means of transportation and providers into a single flex rate. The aim is to offer a standardized plattform with a single tariff for all journeys. Users will be able to use this tariff to book and pay for different types of transportation such as long-distance trains, public transport, car sharing and micro-mobility solutions, including scooters and bicycles. After more than six months of development, AllRide is now presenting its first product called TicketPlus+

TicketPlus+: The Germany ticket with a plus

The TicketPlus+ is officially available from today. It offers its users the regular Deutschlandticket combined with free sharing services (scooter and e-bike) with a cost saving of up to €20 per month. In detail these are:

  • Deutschlandticket: Unlimited use of public transport and regional trains throughout Germany.
  • Pause button: Subscription can be paused monthly up to 24 hours before the end of the month.
  • Sharing services: Up to 50 free minutes + 10 free unlocks per month for e-scooters and e-bikes from Bolt and dott (TIER Mobility).
  • Easy payment: Apple Pay and Google Pay with 1-click express purchase.

TicketPlus+ is available via the inhouse developed app in Google Play and Apple App Store and on the website (www.ticket-plus.app). The service is to be continuously expanded with further offers and providers from the micro-mobility and car sharing sector.

“The climate crisis is one of the greatest challenges of our time. We are convinced that our standardized tariff will improve the utilization of public transport and encourage more people to switch to sustainable mobility. Around 13 million people currently use the Deutschland-Ticket, but people still use different apps to book feeder journeys to the station. We want to change this – with a uniform fare for all means of transport,” explains CEO Dr. Julian Blessin.

Price increase of the Germany Ticket as of January 1, 2025

From 2025, the price of the Deutschlandticket will rise to 58 euros per month. This price increase makes the benefits of TicketPlus+ particularly attractive, as it offers free extras at no extra cost. For the same price, users will also receive a monthly credit of up to €20 for sharing services.
