FAQ Sharing Services
You can easily select your free minutes in the app under the mobility+ symbol and transfer them to the partner app of the respective provider. You can only redeem all free minutes with one provider and cannot split the free minutes per month between different providers. However, you can choose a different provider each month.
In addition to the free minutes (ride credit) per month, you will receive free unlocks per month from us. The free unlocks are automatically activated together with the free minutes (ride credit) when you redeem the ride credit code with the selected provider. It is not possible to split the free minutes and unlocks between several providers. However, you can choose a different provider each month. The free unlocks can be used independently of the free minutes. Example: you have already used up the free minutes, but have only used 2 Unlocks in the meantime. Now you still have 8 free Unlocks available for your further journeys with the same provider until the end of the current month.
You can easily view your free minutes in the app under the mobility+ symbol. Once you have redeemed them with a provider, we cannot show you the exact usage of your minutes in our app. You can only see the free minutes you have already used on your provider's bill.
