- You are probably logged in with the wrong email address. This often happens when you have paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay. A different email is often stored there, such as your Google login or Apple login.
- Please check which email we sent you the confirmation to after your purchase. This is also the email you need to use to log in.
- Log out and log back in with the correct email.

How to Change Your Personal Details (One-Time Only)
Access your profile: Open the app and navigate to the 'Profile' section, or if you're on a computer, go to your 'Account details'.
Edit your information: Carefully update the personal details you wish to change (name or date of birth).
Review and confirm: Double-check the accuracy of your new information. Remember, this change is permanent and your existing ticket will be invalidated if the name or date of birth is altered.
Submit the changes: Once you're absolutely certain the information is correct, submit the update. The change will take effect within 5 minutes.
Please note: the change is only possible once and then never again. Your ticket with the old name or date of birth will immediately become invalid. So be especially careful before you change the name or date of birth.
This is how you get your invoice:
- Click here and enter your full billing address. Unfortunately, this can no longer be changed after the first download of the invoice. So please fill it in beforehand.
- Now go to ‘My subscription’ in your account and scroll down to ‘Related orders’.
- Now click on the corresponding order for each monthly invoice. You will then see the link ‘Download invoice’.
- Go to your account in the browser . Log in with your current e-mail address.
- Click on the"Account details" tab
- Enter your new email
- Click on save. Done ✅

Why is that?

What do I need to do now?
1. please check whether your credit on the card is sufficient. If necessary, transfer money to your credit card.
2. confirm the transaction: You must authorise this payment in your banking app (e.g. Sparkasse) within 5 minutes of the purchase. Otherwise the payment will fail.
3. go to ‘My subscription’ in your account
4. scroll down and click on the ‘Pay now’ button in the ‘Related order’ section
5. now add a new valid payment method.
6. the money will now be debited automatically and you have a valid ticket ✅.

Unfortunately, our hands are tied under collective bargaining law if a ticket has already been issued. You may have already used the ticket in the meantime.
As the Deutschlandticket subscription is a distance selling contract for the transport of passengers, the statutory right of cancellation in accordance with Section 312 (8) BGB does not apply. There is therefore no right of cancellation from the time the ticket is issued.
Unfortunately, it is only possible to cancel for the following month. Cancellations in accordance with German tariff law are possible until the 10th of a month for the following month (e.g. until 10 November for December).
You can easily pause your ticket in the TicketPlus+ app (same effect as cancellation) or cancel it permanently in your account.

The Deutschland-Semesterticket for students is offered in cooperation with regional transport associations, depending on the university. Your existing subscription to TicketPlus+ cannot be converted into a Deutschland-Semesterticket for local public transport. If you want to switch to the discounted ticket, you will need to cancel your existing subscription to TicketPlus+ in advance. You can cancel your subscription yourself in your profile. You can get more information about using public transport with your semester ticket at your university or from the Studentenwerk.
If you no longer wish to use your TicketPlus+ account, please send us a message here and we will delete your account within 24 hours.
Please note that this is only possible if you do not have an active subscription.
If TicketPlus+ debits appear on your bank account even though you have not taken out a subscription to TicketPlus+, this could be a sign of identity theft.
Let us know what you suspect via a message here so that we can check it out and take appropriate action. It is best to send us a screenshot of the transaction so that we can check it faster and better.
Your ticket will be displayed in your TicketPlus+ app under Ticket on the 1st of the month at 3 a.m. at the latest.
Your Deutschland-Ticket is a genuine ticket that is protected against copies and counterfeiting by the valid UIC code. Our ticket is not a fake, so you can rest assured. If you have received a higher fare charge, please claim it back from the transport company that issued it.
Common mistake: you have to click once more on the QR code symbol in the app to display the real and correct QR code.

Our Germany ticket is also available as an Apple Wallet ticket, which allows you to add your current ticket to the Wallet. Deutschland-Ticket
The Deutschlandticket is valid nationwide and allows you to travel throughout Germany on all public transport and regional transport. You can therefore use your Deutschlandticket regardless of region. As a "flat rate for regional transport", it simplifies local transport fares as it enables travel across national and tariff borders. It is financed by the federal and state governments and is a strong argument for switching from a car to a climate-friendly mode of transport. Use abroad is not possible. Unfortunately, you can't change your stored payment method directly. However, there are two ways to add a new credit card for your Deutschlandticket subscription:

If a payment ever doesn't go through (e.g., because your card expired or your account isn't covered), we'll send you an email. This email will have a link that lets you easily complete the payment with a new credit card. Once that's successful, this new card will automatically be saved for your subscription.
2. Pay for the next month in advance
If you don't want to wait for a failed payment, we can create an unpaid ticket for the next month for you upon request. You can then use this ticket to make the payment with your new credit card. Pause / Cancellation
