Important: Your Deutschlandticket will only be activated at 3 a.m. on the 1st of the respective month, even if you have purchased it before then. Once payment has been successfully received, you can use your Deutschlandticket via the following applications:

Common cause:
- You are probably logged in with the wrong email address. This often happens when you have paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay. A different email is often stored there, such as your Google login or Apple login.
- Please check which email we sent you the confirmation to after your purchase. This is also the email you need to use to log in.
- Log out and log back in with the correct email.

How to Change Your Personal Details (One-Time Only)
Access your profile: Open the app and navigate to the 'Profile' section, or if you're on a computer, go to your 'Account details'.
Edit your information: Carefully update the personal details you wish to change (name or date of birth).
Review and confirm: Double-check the accuracy of your new information. Remember, this change is permanent and your existing ticket will be invalidated if the name or date of birth is altered.
Submit the changes: Once you're absolutely certain the information is correct, submit the update. The change will take effect within 5 minutes.
Please note: the change is only possible once and then never again. Your ticket with the old name or date of birth will immediately become invalid. So be especially careful before you change the name or date of birth.
This is how you get your invoice:
- Click here and enter your full billing address. Unfortunately, this can no longer be changed after the first download of the invoice. So please fill it in beforehand.
- Now go to ‘My subscription’ in your account and scroll down to ‘Related orders’.
- Now click on the corresponding order for each monthly invoice. You will then see the link ‘Download invoice’.
You can easily change your e-mail address in your profile in your account here. Log in with your previous e-mail address and enter the new e-mail address. You do not need a password, we will send you a one-time password
If you have accidentally misspelled your email address, please send us an email to [email protected] and we will change it for you.
Follow these steps:
1. purchase:
Buy the official Germany ticket easily & securely via our website.
2. send proof:
After your purchase: Please confirm by e-mail to [email protected] that you have not had a Deutschlandticket in the last 3 months. Or, in the case of the change bonus, please send us proof that you have had a D-Ticket in the last 3 months. A simple, short e-mail is enough. This offer is only valid for a short time.
3. sending vouchers:
We will immediately send you free vouchers worth up to €20 for e-bikes and scooters from the providers Tier, dott or Bolt by e-mail. No hidden costs, no catches. Simply redeem or give as a gift to family and friends!
4. redeem vouchers:
You can now redeem your vouchers worth up to €20 with the respective provider in the provider's app. Vouchers subject to availability. The vouchers are only valid in the month in which they are made available.
Unfortunately, you have not purchased a valid Germany Ticket because your payment failed.
Why is that?
1. too little money on the credit card (the number 1 reason)
2. transaction not confirmed in the banking app
What do I need to do now?
1. please check whether your credit on the card is sufficient. If necessary, transfer money to your credit card.
2. confirm the transaction: You must authorise this payment in your banking app (e.g. Sparkasse) within 5 minutes of the purchase. Otherwise the payment will fail.
3. go to ‘My subscription’ in your account
4. scroll down and click on the ‘Pay now’ button in the ‘Related order’ section
5. now add a new valid payment method.
6. the money will now be debited automatically and you have a valid ticket ✅.

Probably because you are already registered with us. You can't buy a second ticket with the same email. In this case, please try logging in to our app or your Ticketplus+ account.
If you are sure you have not registered with us, you can write to our customer service at [email protected] or via the contact form in the app (it's quicker).
Unfortunately, our hands are tied under collective bargaining law if a ticket has already been issued. You may have already used the ticket in the meantime.
As the Deutschlandticket subscription is a distance selling contract for the transport of passengers, the statutory right of cancellation in accordance with Section 312 (8) BGB does not apply. There is therefore no right of cancellation from the time the ticket is issued.
Unfortunately, it is only possible to cancel for the following month. Cancellations in accordance with German tariff law are possible until the 10th of a month for the following month (e.g. until 10 November for December).
You can easily pause your ticket in the TicketPlus+ app (same effect as cancellation) or cancel it permanently in your account.
